top 5 things to start doing today

Programming:

Learning and doing programming is an exercise for the brain that eventually improves your problem solving and logical ability and also programmers are high in demand all over the world. You can become a freelancer and work freely, you can work for some companies or work on your own side projects and make income also once stephen hawking says”whether you want to uncover the secrets of universe, or you just what to pursue a career in 21st century, basic computer programming is an essential skill to learn.”.

Reading:

Reading is important because it allows for creative thinking and gives you a new perspective to see the world. Reading can inspire when we are feeling bored , down or in a rut. Mostly I prefer philosophical or moral stories over love stories or psycho thrillers because it adds some values on me so maybe it’s better for you too.

Questioning:

Questioning hijacks our thoughts and our unconscious mind goes to work before we know it, someone’s question has conjured new thoughts and ideas. We might imagine something related to the question itself or we might imagine possible solutions.

Kinds ask a lot of questions. Some studies show 4-year-olds ask as many as 200 to 300 questions a day. Warren Berger, author of A more beautiful question says kinds ask an average of 40000 questions between the age of 2 and 5 and my estimate for the number of questions per average person per day would be 10 to 20. Think for yourself maybe it’s because people are afraid of being wrong but the thing is we learn when we ask.

Exercising:

Exercise can improve brain function and protect memory and thinking skills. To begin with, it increases your heart rate which promotes the flow of blood and oxygen to your brain . it can also stimulate the production of hormones that can enhance the growth of brain cells also take care of your diet because a healthy diet rich in fruits, veges, whole grains and low-fat diet can help to reduce your risk of heart disease and nourishes the brain and protects it from oxidative stress.

Make your playlist:

Music has been scientifically proven to have a powerful effect on the brain. Recent research shows that music can help in many aspects of the brain, including pain reduction, stress relief, memory and brain injuries.and what i think music has quite power to change your mood so maybe making a great playlist is a good idea.

Conclusion:

Ammm it’s all about your brain and thought so take care of it. Thank you,Peace out :)
